Day 003 :
-20 minutes zhang zhuang, 15 minutes conditioning (taichi sao), 45 minutes qigong, short form, peng technique (from peng, lu, chi, an movement).
Day 004 :
-20 minutes zhang zhuang, 5 minutes conditioning (taichi sao), 45 minutes qigong, short form.
Day 005 :
-20 minutes zhang zhuang, 5 minutes conditioning (taichi sao), 45 minutes qigong, short form, 10 minutes steps and solo drills.
Day 006 :
-20 minutes zhang zhuang, 45 minutes qigong, short form.
Day 007 :
-20 minutes zhang zhuang, 15 minutes conditioning (taichi sao), 45 minutes qigong, short form.
Day 008 :
-20 minutes zhang zhuang, 20 minutes conditioning (taichi sao), 15 minutes qigong, short form.
Day 009 :
